This is a one-of-a-kind, birch wood cooking spatula. All of our wood products are hand-carved in the Northeast USA by one of our owners.
The spatula was carved from sustainably harvested wood. This is a natural wood product which will patina over time, changing its color. This is a normal part of the joy of owning a hand-carved wooden spoon.
Size: This cooking spatula measures 9 inches in length.
Use and Care: Dishwasher is not recommended. We recommend handwashing with soap and water. Let air dry. Your spoon comes conditioned with food safe oil. If it needs to be reconditioned, you can use any polymerizing oil such as walnut, mineral, flaxseed or any butcher block conditioner.
