This dish was carved from beautiful Spalted Beech wood. All of our wood products are hand-carved in the Northeast USA by one of our owners.
This is a natural wood product which will patina over time, changing its color. This is a normal part of the joy of owning a hand-carved wooden spoon.
This is ideal for small items, such as: rings, keys, earrings, paper clips, guitar picks and more!.
Use and Care: If you ever need to wash the dish, we recommend handwashing with soap and water. Let air dry. Your dish has been conditioned with tung oil. If it needs to be reconditioned, you can use any polymerizing oil such as tung, walnut, mineral flaxseed or any butcher block conditioner.
