This is a one-of-a-kind hand-carved small scoop made from oak wood. All our spoons are hand-carved in Northeast USA by one of our owners.
This scoop was carved from a neighbors' oak tree that fell during a storm. This is a natural wood product which will patina over time, maturing its color. This is part of the joy of owning a natural wood product.
Size: It measures about 3.25 inches.
Use and Care: We do not recommend putting this in the dishwasher. Instead, we suggest handwashing with soap and water, letting the scoop air dry. Your scoop comes conditioned with food safe, heat treated filtered walnut oil. If it needs to be reconditioned, you can use any polymerizing oil, such as: Walnut, Mineral, Flaxseed or any Butcher Block Conditioner.
